We do not have a copy of this key. We cannot access, view, or decrypt your private data. Only you can.

To provide our services, we collect a minimal amount of information: - Account Information: The email address you use to register your account. - Usage Data: Anonymous, aggregated data on feature usage (e.g., how many users access the Panic Attack Aid). This helps us improve the app and contains no personal information.

The Agency Portal is a feature that allows you to share specific, encrypted vaults with verified organisations (e.g., police, support workers). When you use an AI-powered feature (e.g., AI Note to Self, Relationship Check), the text you input is sent to our AI service provider for a one-time analysis to generate a response. This data is processed ephemerally and is not stored, logged, or used to train AI models.
