This document outlines the legal ownership and intellectual property rights associated with the Guardian Angel application and website ("the Platform"). The Platform and all its intellectual property are the creation and sole property of its founder, Becky Chadburn.

All content, features, and functionality within the Platform, including but not limited to the source code, design, text, graphics, logos, and user interface, are the exclusive intellectual property of its founder, Becky Chadburn, and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. The "Guardian Angel" name and logo are trademarks of the Guardian Angel Project, founded by Becky Chadburn. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

You, the user, retain full ownership of all personal data you enter into the Platform, including but not limited to journal entries, evidence logs, and uploaded documents ("User Content"). Guardian Angel claims no ownership rights over your User Content. By using features like the Creative Gallery, you grant Guardian Angel a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display the content you voluntarily submit to that public-facing feature. You can revoke this license at any time by deleting your content from the gallery. This license does not apply to any private data stored in features like the Evidence Locker or Wellness Journal.

Guardian Angel grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms outlined in the Terms of Service.
